Using HelloHQ

By downloading or using HelloHQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

HelloHQ is software that helps you record and organise your own financial information. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter or import, and for keeping your master password and recovery materials safe.

Not financial advice

HelloHQ is a record-keeping and planning tool. Nothing in HelloHQ or on this website is financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and HelloHQ does not recommend that you buy, sell or hold any asset.

Projections, tax calculations and estate summaries are estimates based on the information and assumptions you provide. Please speak to a qualified professional before you act on them.

AI features

HelloHQ includes AI features, such as answering questions about your records and helping to import documents. Their outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. We make no representation that they are accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose. You decide what to do with them, and nothing is added to your records unless you approve it.

We do not use your financial records to train AI models.

Your data

Your records belong to you. HelloHQ stores them on your device. If you turn on sync or sharing, your records are encrypted on your device before they leave it, so that we cannot read them. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and plans

Some features need an account and a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page. Features described as planned are not yet available, and we may change or reorder our plans.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for, unless the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

• Do not use HelloHQ unlawfully, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not try to break, probe or overload our services, or access accounts that are not yours.
• Do not share your account with people outside your plan.

Availability and changes

We work to keep HelloHQ reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may update the software and these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the software and website are provided as they are, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data that you have not backed up, including loss from a forgotten master password where no recovery material exists.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have in your home country.
